1. Solder temperature is too high

2. Welding time is too long
If the welding time is too long, the flux will evaporate and the tip of the electrode is easy to occur.
3. Iron is oxidized
When the soldering iron head is oxidized, the shape of the solder will be different from that of the normal solder, resulting in solder pull points; On the other hand, large tin surface will also lead to solder joint.
4. Quality problem of tin wire
The quality problem of tin wire is generally that the solder content of tin wire is low and the welding effect is not up to standard.
How to use the automatic soldering machine correctly:
1. The solder must be uniform and smooth without cold welding, missed welding, continuous welding, oxygen welding or tin group.
2. The tin surface shall be kept clean and free of sundries. Avoid impurities causing bad PIN pin.
3. The solder end should not be taken out too fast to avoid excessive solder joint.
4. The side solder head does not affect the appearance, and the Z good solder head does not exist.
5. Control the flux concentration ratio, otherwise the solder quality will be affected.
