Why does the solder of automatic soldering machine form bubbles?
Superficial reasons:
1. Moisture problems: Due to moisture in the air, especially during the spring rain season, wet weather and humid weather, welding wire (tin wire) or improperly stored or improper water circuit boards and water may cause intermittent tin explosions or tin explosions.
2. Tin wire processing problem: In the process of welding wire production, if the welding wire (tin wire) has cracks, the drawing oil will penetrate into the cracks, that is, frying will also occur during welding operation.
The main reasons are:
In fact, the above two reasons are secondary, the main reason is the structure of the tin wire. Only by realizing this can we solve the real problem. The structure of the tin wire is tin on the outside, and the tin wire is a small tube filled with flux. During welding, once the high-temperature iron head contacts the welding wire, the flux in the welding wire rapidly melts, resulting in a large number of bubble explosions. Due to the sealing of the tin line pipe, a large number of bubbles are generated at high pressure, and when the pressure is greater than the pipe pressure, a tin explosion is formed, thus forming a tin explosion.
For this reason, we imagine that as long as the small holes or small cracks in the tin wire can change the structure of the tin wire, so that the tin wire can breathe during the welding process, so that the tin wire will not explode. So we developed and built a special machine that uses a toothed blade and a special tin wire fixed wheel to press holes in the tin wire. The welding experiment proves that the welding explosion phenomenon can be solved to a large extent.
